Shipment processing time
We process all orders within 2-5 business days but do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. In case there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will get in touch with you by email or telephone.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order or item purchased. The charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Body Latitude only ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours of the confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Body Latitude is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees incurred (tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are your responsibility as the buyer.
Loss, Theft or Damages
Body Latitude is not responsible for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. In case of any damages during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to lodge a claim. Please ensure all packaging materials and damaged goods are kept in safe custody before filing a claim.
