How do I search for products?
Search for products by inserting the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Once you find a product of interest, select the product name or product image to get more details. As much as possible, try using a general description to get better results. Using too many key words will result in fewer products appearing on the results page.
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once you place an order with us, you will immediately receive an email providing your order details. Once we have shipped your order, we will email your tracking number to you.
To check the progress of your order, log into your Body Latitude account and select Past Orders, then use your order number and email address to check your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Yes, provided you contact us within 12 hours of paying for your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
My order was cancelled; what is the reason?
The most likely reason is we couldn't verify the billing information that was used to place the order. If the billing address does not tally with the details you’ve provided your bank or the credit card company, your order will be canceled automatically.
If your order has been canceled, please get in touch with your credit card company or bank to verify your billing information, after which you can place a new order with the verified billing address.
